Can I get a refund for my individual license?

We provide refunds for individual licenses (single licenses) under the follow conditions:

  • You have downloaded (a) corrupted file(s) or the download of those file(s) is not working from our side.
  • You have been charged twice.
  • You have purchased multiple single licenses for the same asset by mistake.
  • The downloaded asset does not match its preview on HookSounds.
  • Proven, significantly misleading or incorrect messaging in purchase flow.
