Am I allowed to use HookSounds Music for a third party?

Yes, if you are creating content for a third party, such as a video for a client and your company does not exceed 50 employees, you can use our Business Single license or a Scale subscription plan to cover the projects created for your clients. You aswell as the client will have the right to publish the content on owned social media channels.

1. A Business Single License grants you the rights to use one music track in all projects which you create for your client(s). This single license has no expiration date, so the published projects containing the music will stay licensed forever.
2. The Scale Subscription Plan provides access to HookSounds’ entire music library for an unlimited number of projects. All projects which were published while the subscription was active, will stay licensed forever. Projects published after the subscription has expired are not covered.

To use HookSounds music for a third party, we will need to whitelist your client’s channels where the projects are going to be published. Simply let us know about the channel URL’s and we will make sure that your clients are protected against any copyright claims.
