The final outcome is a personalized music piece that is non-exclusive to the customer. That means, that HookSounds has the right to publish the track afterward for licensing to other users.
How does it work?
1. Have an amazing idea to enhance your content!
2. Get our business subscription, which will allow you to ask for a custom track per month. As well as giving you access to our full library and many other awesome features like being able to use the music for streaming, having multiple user accounts and being able to create for 3rd parties.
3. Get in touch with our team to share your idea and explain what you want your track to sound like.
4. We will have our talented artists creating your music, and will listen to your feedback through the whole process to make sure it is exactly like you imagined it.
5. Get your track and use it to make your content even more perfect! This process usually takes about 5 days but it may take more time more depending on the complexity of the idea.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want.
Can I order a refund of my purchase if I’m not satisfied?
Bad refund policies are irritating. If you’re unhappy with HookSounds within the first 15 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you.
Do I still have the rights to use the music if I cancel my subscription?
The music can only be used if you publish the End Product while your subscription is active. Then the license continues for the life of the End Product (even if your subscription ends). You cannot download the tracks, cancel the subscription and continue making new content with our music.
