Why have I received a Content ID claim from Hooksounds on my video?

Firstly, don’t panic. A claim is just a notification that our music was detected in your video. If you have used our “Use and Mention” license, leave it like that, you won’t have an issue with it. However, remember you can use this license as long as you are not monetizing your content since its use is only meant for personal and non-monetized content. 

If you purchased a license or subscription and received a CONTENT ID Claim (copyright claim), please email us at support@hooksounds.com. To ensure that your social media channels are protected from such CONTENT ID claims, please remember to white-list your channels before posting the videos.
