Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with HookSounds services within the first 15 days of your purchase we’ll offer a full refund.
That applies only if you have not downloaded any asset (music, intro or sound effect) via your active subscription or after the purchase of a single license.

We will issue a refund regardless in the following cases:

  • You have downloaded (a) corrupted file(s) or the download of those file(s) is not working from our side.
  • You have been charged twice.
  • You have purchased multiple single licenses for the same asset by mistake.
  • The downloaded asset does not match its preview on HookSounds.
  • Proven, significantly misleading or incorrect messaging in purchase flow.
