Refund policy

We are aware that bad refund policies are unpleasant. If you’re not satisfied with HookSounds services within the first 15 days of your purchase we’ll offer a full refund. Please note that licenses downloaded within this period will not be valid after the cancelation. The refund is only applicable if you have not downloaded any music, intro or sound effect. Do take into account the refund applies for subscriptions only, refund does NOT apply for individual licenses, trials or renewals. Please note that refunds of initial subscription payments are not possible if you have already downloaded any music tracks, sfx or intros within the free trial period.
