How do I clear my video in my profile?

At HookSounds, you have the possibility to license (whitelist) a video you have posted on social media which features our music. To whitelist a video, you will at least need a paid license and one license is only valid for one single video. The whitelisted video will stay licensed for its lifetime!

In order to whitelist a video (license a social media video in order to remove a CONTENT ID claim for instance), please log in to your HookSounds account.

Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking on your Username at the top right corner of the page and choose “Profile”. On the left sidebar click on “Clear Videos”.

You can assign one video URL to each paid license (Order ID). Navigate to the corresponding order and click on “Manage Videos” to open the field where you can insert your video URL (YouTube, Facebook or Instagram), like shown in the screenshot below.
Copy and paste the direct URL from your video and click on “Add video”.

Your video will be whitelisted within the next few days. If you have received a CONTENT ID claim on that video, this claim will be removed as well as soon as the video has been whitelisted.

Important: Once you have added and saved the link, it cannot be modified. We allow only one video per paid license.
