My subscription auto-renewed, can I get a refund?

Yes, if you have not downloaded any assets after the renewal payment, we can refund you within the first 15 days. To request a refund, please contact us at support@hooksounds.com or via the chat on the website and provide your account email adress or the payment ID of the payment in question.
